TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE 

 

1. Credit Cards will not be charged until we have verified the stock position. 

2. All prices include VAT

3.  All damages should be reported within two days of receipt of goods either by post or email. 

4. Goods will remain the property of Webvert Chefswear ( WWW.Webvert.Co.UK Ltd) until payment is received. 

5. Webvert Chefswear ( WWW.Webvert.Co.UK Ltd) aim is to provide customer satisfaction through supplying quality goods with a first class service. 

6. Should customers experience dissatisfaction, Webvert Chefswear ( WWW.Webvert.Co.UK Ltd) will respond speedily to their grievance and endeavour to resolve such issues to the satisfaction of the customer. 

7. Customers to this site must be over 18 years old. 

DELIVERY is to UK Mainland only. Please enquire for orders outside of the UK. 
We aim to deliver your goods within 2 - 10 working days of receipt of order and you will receive an acknowledgement of your order. Should there be a problem regarding supply we will contact you. Should you not be at home when our carrier calls you will be left a "calling card" Our carrier will attempt to deliver your order twice. Should this be unsuccessful the calling card will give you details so that you can contact our depot.

PRIVATE POLICY We do not disclose buyer's information to third parties.

MAKING A PURCHASE The "Buy Goods" link will take you to the Shopping Basket totals where all calculations are automatic. Our payment systems are secured by both Protx and Thawte. After making a purchase you can return to the shopping pages.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE 
When paying by cheque goods will be despatched after funds are cleared.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND ORDERING DETAILS
Orders up to £75 will incur a delivery charge of £5.00
Orders up to £76 - £150 will incur a delivery charge of £10.00
Orders of £100 and over will receive FREE DELIVERY

Availability
Every effort is made to ensure that products featured on the Webvert Chefswear website are in stock and can be processed and dispatched quickly. We will endeavour to contact you at the earliest opportunity if a product is out of stock or unavailable. In this event, and having contacted you, there are three options you can consider: 1.Cancel your order  2.Choose an alternative product that we have in stock 3.Maintain your original order, which we will despatch it as soon as it comes back into stock. We generally aim to dispatch stock items within 48 hours after we have received your initial order, and we only use Parcelforce and GPO to deliver our goods. We aim to have non stock items delivered to you between 3 to 10 working days after your order has been confirmed. 

Returns and Damages and Cancellations
We at Webvert Chefswear want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return your order, you can send it in its original condition and packaging to our address at Webvert House, 5 Market Square, Waltham Abbey, Essex, EN9 1DL. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as responsibility for the goods remains with you until they have safely been returned to us. Cancelled orders will be subject to a £25 administration charge after the order has been processed plus the carriage charges where the order has been despatched. In the unlikely event that a product purchased from us is faulty, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. This, however, will only be relevant if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. We will then follow manufacturers guidelines to access the product and then contact you with either a replacement item or a full refund. In the event of the item being replaced, it will be dispatched to you free of charge. If you opt for a refund, we will also reimburse you for the cost of returning the faulty item to us. 

Data Protection By purchasing from our website, you will agree to us retaining your details for use in processing your order. We may contact you with information that we feel may be relevant to you and your shopping experience. On no occasion will we forward your personal details to a third party.
